Soon enough we realized that we needed to make a lot more beer. The home-brew setup morphed into 40 gallon increments. Oncethe operation began to resemble a nano-brewey we decided to forge ahead with creating a microbrewery in the heart of North Carolina.

We want to capture that bit of history with our neighborhood brewery and celebrate what craft beer truly is, innovative and fun.

Trophy BrewingThis is the “OG” Trophy. Since February of 2013 we have pushed the 3 barrel brew system located here to it’s limits, both with regard to production capacity and styles brewed. With the new larger facility open on Maywood Ave the role of the Morgan brewhouse becomes even more essential in maintaining Trophy Brewing’s creative edge. Always expect something exciting on the tap list. And the pizza… The Pizza. Some people have called it the best pie in town, some have called it the best in the State… All we know is its very very tasty, always made with fresh and often local ingredients and it pairs well with Trophy Beer. Our new production facility at 656 Maywood Ave features a beautiful view of the brewery and a comfortable taproom and patio. A 12 tap draft list, growlers to go, and a rotating cask engine should give you plenty of options to choose from. We also have non alcoholic drinks and wine available. The Maywood taproom is dog friendly and soon we will be offering regular tours.
